Your data

Where Fasboard keeps your work

Here is where Fasboard keeps its office data, what happens to your project folders and what agents send to your AI tools. The Mac app is coming soon.

Overview

Where things live

Fasboard keeps its office data in a hidden .fasboard folder, on a drive you choose. Your project folders stay where they are, and your sign-ins stay on your Mac. Agents send the task and the files they work on to the AI tools of their accounts. Your project changes only when you accept.

Arrows show the task and the files an agent works on going to Claude, Codex and Antigravity, and changes reaching your project folder only when you accept.

Office data

A hidden folder on a drive you choose

The first time you open Fasboard, it asks where to keep its work: on this Mac, or on another drive or folder, for example an external drive. There it keeps a hidden .fasboard folder with the office data: tasks, history, delivery reports and the agents' working copies. You can move the office data later in Settings. Your projects and sign-ins stay where they are, and the old copy stays until you remove it.

Your projects

Your files change only when you accept

Agents work on the office's own copies, and your working copies are not touched while they work. In a Git project, a delivery arrives as its own branch whose name starts with fasboard/. In a plain folder, the review copy stays in the office data. Your files change only when you accept, and in a Git project that adds one commit in your name.

Sign-ins

Your sign-ins stay on your Mac

The sign-ins to your AI accounts stay on your Mac. They are not part of the office data, so they stay where they are when you move it.

AI tools

What agents send to your AI tools

To do its work, an agent sends the task and the files it works on to the AI tool of its account: Claude, Codex or Antigravity. That tool handles them under its own terms and your own subscription. Read each tool's terms to see how it treats your work.

Delivery reports

See what was done before you accept

Every delivery comes with a delivery report. It shows the documents, the changed files, the visuals and the checks and reviews. Then you choose: accept and apply it, or request changes.
