Working together

Several departments, one task

One task can use more than one department. Here is how their work comes together.

  1. Choose the departments

Pick the departments a task needs, or leave the choice to the lead.

  2. Separate work for each department

Each department gets its own work, and two departments never share a folder, so every file has one owner.

  3. Authors go first

Department authors work first, and their department lead reviews each piece.

  4. Engineers put it in place

Engineers place the copy and pictures as written.

  5. Checked and delivered

The office runs your project's checks, an agent that did not do the work reviews it, and you get a delivery report to accept or send back.
